The DIGI-LINGO project is excited to announce the launch of a new module, Setting up Virtual Exchanges for Language Learning, at the European Schoolnet Academy starting on November 4, 2024.

This self-paced, online module is designed to equip language educators with the skills and tools needed to organise and facilitate virtual exchanges, creating opportunities for students to engage in meaningful, intercultural communication while enhancing their language learning experience.

The module is part of the DIGI-LINGO project result 'Organisational model to support digital language teaching and exchange'.

The module offers practical guidance to language teachers on setting up virtual exchanges using digital tools and platforms.

With insights from the DIGI-LINGO project, this module provides educators with the knowledge to connect their classrooms with peers in other countries, encouraging collaborative learning and global engagement.

The course is designed as a flexible, self-study module, allowing educators to learn at their own pace and integrate digital teaching methods into their practice. The module will officially begin on November 4, 2024. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate and be connected with fellow teachers to explore collaboration opportunities for future exchanges.
